The comprehensive plan is a long-range document that guides the county's future growth and development, its priorities, and its services. It is a roadmap to help visualize where we want to go as a county and the path to reach that destination. What does the planning process look like?
The planning process will take place over the several months and consist of six primary phases: from Discover, where a baseline understanding of Butler County will be developed, to Engage where the community will share their voice, to Plan and Refine when the actual road map for the future topics like development, connectivity, and economic development will be documented, to Implement and Sustain where we set the Plan up for success.
